Sunseeker in the South of Spain

To whom it may concern,

Sunseeker International Limited hereby confirms that Marina Estrella SL remains the exclusive distributor of Sunseeker products in Spain including Costa del Sol through their local dealers, Marina Estrella Marbella, Marina Estrella Puerto Banus and Marina Estrella Sotogrande which also cover Gibraltar.

Sunseeker Costa del Sol (represented by Mr Dominic Byrne) is no longer associated with Sunseeker International, and has no right to be involved in new build Sunseeker products, Sunseeker Costa del Sol has agreed to remove all Sunseeker signage from their offices, paperwork and vehicles.
